The e-mail has grammatical and punctuation errors; the language usage is almost European or French Canadian. Makes one question the legitimacy of the offer. Think this one is joining the others in the junk pile. I won't say that Vectron's job offer is a scam, but I would be leary.
I'm beginning to wonder if I will receive any legitimate offers.

I received basically the same letter on 9/21/09 -- obviously an emerging scam. Google returns nothing to indicate that they are real. I am positing here so others may find this.
