A Dangerous Similarity +

Vector Group Inc. versus Vector Marketing Corporation. A questionable job offer compared to a legitimate job of a questionable nature.

If you remember I blogged about the Vector Group Inc here. A sweet offer that borders on being a scam. Whereas Vector Marketing Corp's offer is from the direct sales firm that markets Cutco Cutlery®; an excellent product although a bit pricey.

I am now wondering if Vector Group Inc. is trying to piggy-back on the name attempting to catch people unaware. In my opinion this shows the importance of doing your homework when considering any job offer.
